'Friday' Double Feature at Montana Badlands

We're excited to support Melanated Alchemy in presenting the Juneteenth Queen Anne Kickback 7/19 at Montana Badlands, a FREE double feature of 'Friday' (1995) and 'Next Friday' (2000), this Friday.

Plein Air Paint Out

We're joining Magnuson Park Gallery 7/18 for their Plein Air Paint Out! Email us (or DM on social media) for the code for free admission.
An outside table is adorned with various cyanotype prints, a photography process that uses the sun to expose images made in the shadow of natural objects, such as leaves, flowers, and those helicopter things that fall from maple trees. There is also information about sun-printing and a sign with the ParkPunks logo on the table.

Film-Screening and Organizing Social

We hosted local labor organizers and the union-curious in watching a documentary about Starbucks workers' unionization efforts. Thank you to Seattle Liberation Center and everyone who came for a lovely evening of labor solidarity and art.

4/20 We met for coffee at noon, then a meander down the trail with buckets and trash-pickers, and moxie.

Merch-ance to dream?

ParkPunks is funded through grant, donation and sale of swag.

These funds go back into the community in the form of free arts programming, supplies for cleanups and local artists, techs, craftspeople and small businesses paid for their work at and for our free community arts events.
